We are pleased to extend a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to all our customers. If you are not completely thrilled with the flowers or gifts that we deliver just contact us at 831-421-0975 or by email and we will replace the item for you promptly, with no additional delivery charge.
Due to the complexities of same-day delivery we cannot always cancel delivery orders on the requested delivery date. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date if you need to cancel your order. Cancellation requests received within the 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a service fee.
We cannot be responsible for errors on delivery addresses, and therefore cannot process a refund on orders with erroneous delivery addresses.
